This last month, I’ve worked with two clients on a specific new request: engagement photo outfits! If your closet is disorganized and outdated, pulling a few outfits together for this most important photo shoot is a daunting task. Luckily, the alternative is easy and affordable and will last you past an hour photo session.
To help keep the budget reasonable, we start in your closet to identify any workable pieces. In the case of my lovely client Maura (pictured), her navy dress from Banana Republic was a winner. We then hit the stores to fill in the blanks (the lovely woven jacket with leather zipper and shoulder detailing from Willow). Finishing touches (like shoes or jewelry) are often located online and recommendations for hair, nails, and makeup are discussed. Please contact me regarding pricing for this wonderful service.

Just like fashion, home and decor trends cycle, and without a doubt, mercury glass hit the market hard! I pulled out my 12-set votives for each and every party over the last three years, but heading into this season of outdoor entertaining, I’m a little burned out on mercury.
I don’t know that milk glass will replace mercury or be embraced with the same enthusiasm, but these tealights are certainly going into my rotation.
