I love boxes. Both decorative and functional, they work alone (on a dresser in a guest bedroom) and in collaboration (with books and other objects) as part of a modern tablescape. But my personal favorite? To hold candy, and in the case of the lucite box pictured, to display it as well. Add Jelly Bellys or your favorite confection, and place atop a stack of beautiful books as an unexpected and sweet dose of style.
