Save On The Side

Jan 16, 2014 | Interior Design | 0 comments

side table

I’m currently 3/4 finished with an incredible downtown Boulder office renovation that saw upgrades in everything: paint and flooring, windows and doors, furniture and accessories. While searching for the final pieces, I came across this side table from Target that will go perfectly with our higher-end picks from Room & Board and Restoration Hardware while sparing the budget.

I’ve always contended that side tables are one place you can save money without sacrificing style. While upholstered furniture (chairs, sofas) need quality construction to support the high amount of traffic and usage, side tables function simply to hold and display. Save your money with side-shopping at Target, West Elm, CB2, World Market, and Craigslist. Better yet, use that savings to upgrade the things that do matter: your switch plates.
